Favorite Lift and Why: Split jerks. I feel like the extra jerk movement generates more power.
Favorite WOD and Why: Anything with rowing. I have really improved my technique and I love getting a full body workout with the rowing movement.
Goals for the Next Year: I really want to be able to do pullups and all variations of C2B. That has been a lifetime fitness goal of mine.
How has CrossFit Impacted your Life? So many ways! But most importantly it has showed me how to get rid of my ego, and just show up consistently and do the work. Best physical and mental shape I have been in since I was a teen.
